No. Being over the line early is a scoring problem, not a right-of-way problem. Until she turns back she is simply a starboard-tack boat and Rule 10 applies as it always does — on port, you keep clear. The switch comes the instant she starts sailing back towards the pre-start side: Rule 21.1 then takes over, the Section A rules (Rule 10 included) stop applying between you, and she must keep clear until her hull is completely on the pre-start side.
